February at the Greenmarket - faint hopes for Spring
Cherry Blossoms, a sign of spring?
Crocus - definitely the first sign of any "green" life after a cold winter
Basil
Crunchy Bean Sprouts
Micro Mesclun
Oysters, Shittakes, and other special mushrooms
Carrots, an easy vegetable to survive in the winter
Golden Cipollini Onions
Red Cabbage
A potato selection - the greenmarket's finest
Golden Delicious apples.
A product of those apples and a quintessentially fall and winter drink -- apple cider
Maple Syrup
An assortment of pickles and jarred vegetables -- winter's alternative to fresh veggies
Popcorn
A selection of homemade cookies
Blueberry pie, definitely a summer treat, nice to see out at the market in February
Homemade Breads
Cato Corner Farmstead cheese being cut
From these large wheels of cheese
Lamb ready for cooking
Eggs
Ronnybrook yogurt drinks
And finally a selection of yogurts..
