Roasted Salmon with Rosemary, tomatoes, zucchini and olives

Salmon Cannelles with a Salmon and Beet horseradish gelee

Quail Eggs with two green sauces : one parsley, basil, and cream and the other a pea, edamame and avocado puree

2 types of Haroses, with and without cinnamon, horseradish, Spring pea puree
