Beets, market greens, goats cheese croquettes

Foraged mushroom dumplings, tofu, thai basil, baby bok choy, star anise broth

Ricotta gnocchi, Spence Farm ramps, green garlic, lemon cream

Miso Risotto with scallions, glazed turnips, baby bok choy, and baby carrots
